Every morning when I wake up I drink a full 8 ounce glass of water and it takes me a few sips to drink it up. I place this six ounce plastic container next to my glass and the size difference is nowhere near. I didn't even have to walk and use it because my water was gone right away. After all, after only a ten-minute walk down a dirt road, it only took two sips, one from each bottle, to empty both bottles. this was a big disappointment for me. The zipper is plastic or nylon and won't fit when you put your wallet inside. But I didn't want to throw it away completely either. But you'd better just buy a running belt that holds a 24 ounce bottle and then buy the bottle separately. In the summer it's too hot not to drink a sip of water. I ordered a hydration bladder that holds a little longer.
