Review on StarTech Com 10Gbps Dual Bay Dock SATA by Kevin Greer

This is the most unreliable USB dock I have ever used. I have emailed tech support and returned and we have been unable to come to any conclusion as to what is wrong with her. When I have two drives and need to transfer data or run a clone, 3 times out of 4 times the computer randomly disconnects, causing every application I'm running to crash. I thought it might be my computer so I tried the same procedures on a different workstation and encountered the same problem. I connected a different brand of docking station to my system and it performed the same tasks with no problems. If you're looking for a reliable dock, look elsewhere.
