Review on cFive Catalyst by Daryl Fitch

I like that this system was intuitive to navigate at first glance. It's easy for me as my job is primarily administrative work so it gives me time back in order to get out of the office more often. There are some things that need fixing but overall I think its pretty good. This software allows my team member's productivity to be increased by allowing them to spend less time doing administrative tasks and more time getting their hands dirty with our clients. I like that the system is customizable to all of our needs and allows us to access our data easily. The program is extremely easy to use as well. The reports can be a bit cumbersome to create but not too difficult. I wish that we could integrate with other programs outside of cFive. This is a great tool and we haven't found anything that we dislike. We are able to track our clients and keep them on track. We are able to easily send our clients surveys and reminder emails.
