Review on 👣 Chaco Women's Z2 Classic Sport Sandal: Superior Comfort and Durability by Ebony Brown

I'm already a Chacos fan and have been for many years. I didn't need a new pair either. Hooray, fresh chaco! I really like the design of the strap and hopefully I will have no problem keeping the white color of the strap. :/ Chacos makes quality sandals and they have pretty good customer service *(* The soles of my old pairs have started to fall off - although there is little to no wear/damage. I mentioned this to the girl on her website in a text Messaged me and she told me how to purchase/replace them.Which is fine if I've worn them out and therefore needed new soles.A long time ago (18 years ago?) my summer pair had a similar sole problem and the customer service has been phenomenal including sending me a fresh pair quickly because I was about to embark on a trip where I NEEDED them.I can only assume they changed the policy or this girl didn't quite understand what I was in spoke to the text). But like I said, the Chaco is a gorgeous, cool looking sandal that will last practically forever. So long that you can send them in and get new straps (for a fee, but it's legal). ***Edit 05/01/2020 - The bottom of my right shoe started to loosen. :( I'm really upset about this. I only received them on 03/18/20.
