My main issue with this product is the same as many LED lights sold these days. Lightbulbs are not interchangeable. Once one of the bulbs burns out, that's it. Don't replace it. Basically, you need to replace the entire light fixture. It doesn't matter if the light is under $50, but if you're paying around $200 for a light, you expect not to have to throw it away when the bulb burns out. The usual counterargument to this is that these LED bulbs are designed to last up to 20 years. However, LED bulbs of this type have not even been around for 20 years, so I don't want to accept that they actually last that long. If the manufacturer were so sure about that, they would give a 20-year guarantee. I have yet to see any LED bulb manufacturer doing this. Another problem I've encountered has to do with how dim the bulbs are. This light is not bright enough to illuminate the room. It offers accent lighting at its finest. Because of this, you can't read or do anything other than avoid bumping into furniture. Lamps need to be significantly brighter to be practical. What I really love about this product is how easy and customizable it is to set up. The guide is small, but if you know anything about installing lighting fixtures, you shouldn't have any trouble with the installation. Another advantage is the low height of the lamps. Because they are so small, they are well suited for use in rooms with low ceilings. Rooms with low ceilings are the only place you can put them and still get plenty of light, so keep that in mind when choosing your location. The quality of the equipment and parts is average. It's definitely not the best of the best, but it's good enough that I don't have to worry about it starting a fire or damaging my house. I think the price is too high for a product where you can't change bulbs. Otherwise it's ok.
