Stainless steel, almost cooking quality!
I had cheese slicers and the metal wire wears out over time so we needed a slicer that could also cut hard cheeses like my favorite, Regiano Asiago! I hate canned parmas, it's not even real cheese. Enjoy cheese and fruit platters with brandies this hot summer, and light Italian and Greek cuisine this fall. Fresh cheese flakes are the wow factor for family and travel all year round. Also a lot!
