Length and coverage

I didn't have high hopes for them because I'm short and the fashion for biker shorts just isn't for me. But with the onset of summer, I wanted something cute and comfy with pockets. It exceeded my expectations. On a good day I'm maybe 5ft1, about 170, and they fit just below my kneecap. They cover the entire thigh area. I feel secure in the lavish but not tight and it sits right on top of my belly button. For me they are perfect! Hope this helps another little girl!
