I bought these because I'm in my 60's and wanted knee length stretchy shorts to wear around the house. Not exactly flattering for my age or size, but comfort reigns supreme here.

I didn't have high hopes for them because I'm short and the fashion for biker shorts just isn't for me. But with the onset of summer, I wanted something cute and comfy with pockets. It exceeded my expectations. On a good day I'm maybe 5ft1, about 170, and they fit just below my kneecap. They cover the entire thigh area. I have to admit I was a bit disappointed that they weren't 100% spandex as advertised and almost sent them back. But I tried them and I really like their softness. They are also thick, so not transparent at all. They are very comfortable and the pockets on either side are a great addition. Needless to say, I decided to keep them to myself and ordered even more. I wear these shorts for walking. They don't bulge and are very comfortable. I noticed that the tummy rolls a little, but not bad at all. I've had them for a month now and have washed them many times. They hold up very well. I like that I have side pockets on each side. I don't know if they're good for the gym and squats, but they're great for walking.

I ordered 3 packs of black, yellow and light gray. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and will continue to wear them. They are comfy and soft, fit as expected, love the pockets but when I put the black pair on the elastic at the top of the waistband it popped out. I didn't overstretch them or anything like that. A light gray pair and a yellow pair are usually worn. I'm 5ft 6in 175lbs and ordered XL just for reference.
