Review on AOC 27B2H Monitor: Frameless, 75Hz, Wide Viewing 🖥️ Angle, Ultra Slim, Lowblue Mode - Ultimate Basic Display by Mark Klatt

Full Disclosure: I bought this for about $10 because I had Amazon credit and cashback on my credit card. It's pretty decent. The monitor is labeled 60Hz but actually works up to 75Hz. I've changed this to G-Menu, which lets you bypass the painful button navigation. The colors are pretty much identical to my AOC 24G2, but I think my 24G2 came out a little warmer. I matched the colors exactly to my 24G2's settings and the picture looked fine. Nothing to write home about. Viewing angles are excellent. Since I use it as a second monitor, this part is important. No noticeable ghosting, no dead pixels. Cons: I think mine had a faulty menu or something. It auto-turns off after about 1 second or less, so I was often in the middle of navigating and the menu just went off. There were things in the button navigation menu that I couldn't find or adjust in the G menu (not the case on my 24G2) so I had to go through that painful experience. I don't like the base of the stand because you can't put anything on it due to its rounded shape. I also don't like that the cables are sticking out OUTSIDE of the monitor instead of under the monitor like my 24G2 did. I don't like having a power supply, especially when the cable from the power supply to my monitor is so short. If you have balance, cashback, or extra cash, you can't go wrong with this unless you intend to use it for gaming (then I recommend shelling out the $70 extra and getting the 24G2). This is a 24-inch, 75Hz, 1080p resolution IPS monitor. There aren't many others you can find in this price range.
