The first shipment was damaged in shipment and the shipper returned the item to Amazon without delivering it. The second batch arrived without delay. They're hard to find locally, but are great for small outdoor projects. I attached them to the shed and they worked as expected. A larger diameter would probably be ideal but these did the job and I know they won't rust.
