The ability to connect with people from all over that I don't know - it's like we're old friends! Also being able to read other peoples' emails has helped me learn so much about how businesses work together. It can be difficult at times figuring out exactly what you want my words or thoughts of others translated as sometimes they are not always clear when written down (hence why this programme!). However if someone doesn’t understand something then there will usually come another reply within minutes which makes things easier than having no response back after days/weeks have passed.
