The app has an intuitive interface that allows you to quickly navigate through all of my emails from different companies with ease. I wish there was more search functionality within the application as it sometimes can be difficult to find certain information or topics when using this software (e.g., searching "Amazon returns" will only show me results about returning Amazon products). I like that this software allows me to quickly publish my emails with customers or prospects so they can easily find them when needed later! There are some problems though such as having limited customization options which could be improved upon (elements of templates should have more flexibility). I just like that it makes my emails look more professional when people read them through this app! It's super easy to use so everyone can benefit from reading other peoples' messages without having too much technical problems or confusion about how things work - you're able to easily find what information/topic someone was trying address with their message as well (like where they were coming up short) but not have any of those "unanswered questions" feel left out at all if we don't get back…
