I purchased this particular cigarette power adapter splitter because I needed a way to monitor my car's battery voltage and charge/alternator system. I could definitely use some extra USB charging ports and extra cigarette lighter power ports. Therefore, there is no need to say that the product fulfills its main purpose and is otherwise useful. After some measurements with my multimeter, the readings from this device are accurate to within 0.2 volts. It usually reads 0.2 volts less than the actual voltage I'm getting with my multimeter, and when it's not accurate I prefer to read less than the actual voltage. In any case, I am satisfied with the accuracy offered. I also appreciate the few switches it comes with. Each cigarette socket on the device has its own on/off switch, and the indicator on the main plug is also a button to turn off the entire adapter box. I think it's more than I need, but it's definitely nice to have it in other scenarios that I'm sure might come up. Overall, the build quality and utility of the device are excellent. I would highly recommend this item to anyone who needs a cigarette lighter splitter and can use the extra USB charging ports. Finally, the voltage readings are fairly accurate and definitely a plus for keeping your battery/car/alternator charging system under control.
