I reordered this paper as we thought the first 1200ft we ordered would work well for our mailing needs. We use it to pack the goods and also fold gap paper in the box to protect our shipping. The product is good but when I unpacked this new reel from the box this 24 inch HEAVY reel had a dent. This reel must have been hit from a great height or dropped as the reel and center core were so shattered along with the plastic end that I was unable to insert the spool into the center pole to spin on the paper dispenser. I had to pry off the plastic end and try to fix the deformed end in order to insert the reel's center bar. Now that the paper roll is on the pole it doesn't spin properly and since it's not very thick it breaks when we try to grab. This causes us to waste paper as it is torn by incorrect roller rotation. I suspect that if the roll gets a little lighter, we won't snap as quickly. Not sure who is to blame, the manufacturer of the delivery company. In any case, it cost me time, money and additional aggregation. Updated 12/11/20. Went online to Amazon to order another roll. The price increased about 25% from $46 to $60. Good product but not at this price. I found 30# paper a lot cheaper. It's a shame because I would have ordered more if the price had been reasonable.
