When used with my Sony DSC-H20 it originally said "This disc cannot be recorded or played back". However, he took all the photos with a newly inserted micro SD card and transferred them to the computer without any problems. So just ignore the message. But the negative part is that when it's inserted into the camera and it clicks to indicate it's inserted properly, it's a pain to get it out. It doesn't eject like a regular memory card, it stays in the camera and I have to use tweezers to eject it. Otherwise it works fine. So I wish it wasn't 100% compatible with the Sony H20 (at least not mine) but with a little ingenuity (glasses or magnifying glass and tweezers) it worked. UPDATE: Can be removed with a fingernail with a little practice. Works great in camera; just ignore the warning message. Just lightly tap the shutter button and the notification will disappear. I recommend!
