This is by far the best ice cream scoop I've ever owned. It's sturdy and heavy, feels good in the hand and works great. It rolls a scoop of ice cream (I mostly make healthy ice cream with frozen bananas, raw cacao powder, vanilla, some milk, and raw honey, which tends to harden in my sundae) but still does the job and keeps it creamy rather than icy , what I love. It's also easy to clean. This is a nice addition to my kitchen inventory.
