I ordered this product in February to add to my 1965 Buick Riviera. I'm not as flexible as I used to be, so I can't look out the back window of a car as easily as I used to in the past, and my eyesight isn't as good as it was when I was 40 (age 20) . before). With a car nearly 19 feet long and wide as it was in the '60s, it's difficult to reverse park like a dealership would normally require (I don't use the Riviera for anything other than dealerships). . I decided that I want to add this rear view camera feature to the car to help me with this parking task. Yesterday we had a great day here in Kansas after a long cold and wet winter, it was in the 80's and it was sunny so I set about the task of installing my purchase. Installation was easy and took less than 90 minutes including tooling, camera and monitor installation, cleaning and testing. The instructions were complete and detailed. All necessary parts are included in the kit. Very easy to install. I placed the camera on the rear bumper and the monitor in the center of the dash below the dash. The suction cups on the mount are excellent. I think it will stay in place until I decide to move it. These are the best suckers I've ever seen. They do not scratch in addition to the vacuum seal adhering to the cup. After all the components were installed as instructed, I started the car, put it in reverse and the picture was great. I pulled it out of the porch and took a quick tour of the area, testing the image in different lighting conditions and each time the image was excellent. There are multiple ways to change the image, including color and brightness, and guide marks to personalize it for your car and your preferences. Again a very simple process. I set it up once and it performed excellently in all the conditions I tested it under. Haven't been able to use the rear view camera at the live car show yet as they are all canceled due to the current pandemic. I expect it to work as expected and help me park my classic car with ease.
