ideal for cats with hyperthyroidism (NOT for people with HYPOThyroidism)

I bought these liquid capsules for my hyperthyroid cat. You helped her a lot. I used the powder from a regular capsule before I found it, but I never got tired of it. Each of these liquid capsules has the correct dosage (500mg) and contains no other ingredients or flavorings. I cut open the top of the liquid capsule and add the (sticky) liquid to her other supplements and give it to her with a syringe. In less than a month, she gained weight and became more active and playful. (She's sixteen.) You should NOT use L-carnitine if you have an underactive thyroid, but it's a godsend if you have an overactive thyroid, which makes perfect sense. (Search Benvenga 2001 for results of L-carnitine testing in women with hyperthyroidism.)
