I received this item as a gift from a friend. He highly recommended it to me as it felt refreshing after use. I used to sit at a desk a lot as part of my daily work, so I thought it might be worth a try. I wasn't expecting this thing to be as effective as the one I used at the mall; and thought it's just a mat. But the result really surprised me! I have to admit that paying $5 for 15 minutes in a massage chair didn't feel any difference. I mean the only extra a massage chair could have would be legs and arms - other than that they are literally the same. You didn't have an option to choose a strength level, but it's still very refreshing even with the default setting. In addition, a power cord has been included for connecting to cars, which can be very handy on long journeys. I especially like the air pressure design on the neck and bottom. Installation is not required. Can be used immediately.
