Battery life Poor due to accessories and consumables

I bought two of these batteries to replace batteries in phones. They have been rated at 50% more capacity than phones already have. Both batteries last for a maximum of 20 minutes. I am very disappointed in this purchase and would like a manufacturer replacement.
