I would like to take my time and thank you for going the extra mile with my order. I never thought that just by submitting my review I would get great customer service and a replacement; When we ordered a harness for my little one we thought he would be small so we bought the small size. We didn't know he was growing up when we received our purchased harness :) But we like it. It worked, but after a few weeks it grew even more and the strapping became tighter, then we just decided not to wear it anymore use. We wanted to cut the sides to expand; So it was great to contact this great customer service. I tell them what happened, they reply throughout the day and follow the resolution process without questions and rudeness. Easy problem solving! The new dishes have arrived and our little one loves them. It's a big crane, but we've adjusted for him to keep growing and enjoying the freedom without having to stretch his little neck. I love the material, I can hand wash it or just toss it in the washing machine and air dry. Thanks again, great company!
