The back crumbles, breaks very easily.
Bought the first one, it fell off the ironing board (32 inches high) onto the carpet. Customer service was quick, got a replacement and used twice. The same thing happened. This time he got lost and started to crumble in our hands. It's the back of the iron, which is made of something it probably isn't. I'll try one last time and wrap some strong tape around the back. Hope that holds it together.
