Works great. There are a few comments here about the included screws not matching the brackets. Pay attention to the dimensions - two different screw sizes are included, be sure to use the correct ones. I ended up drilling the brackets without needing the holes for the larger screws, only to end up finding my mistake when I was left with smaller screws that would fit in the original holes. One set (smaller) is for connecting this device to your current mounting bracket that you are adapting. Not sure what the second set is for, maybe to attach an existing bracket to your TV? However, your original bracket must come with its own screws. Seems pretty sturdy - I used it to adapt a 100x100 VESA mount to a TV with a 100x200 mount template in an apartment building. Holds up great, but the TV is VERY light at 32 inches, weighing 8 pounds. Please note that this will increase the distance between the TV and the wall compared to using the VESA mount which is the default setting for your TV.
