Review on 🐱 Purina Pro Plan Urinary Tract Health - High Protein Adult Wet Cat Food, 3 oz Cans (Packaging May Vary) by Kim Maldonado

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Compared to other urinary tract health products, this is my plan!

I rescued a young cat who soon discovered problems with the urinary tract. As a new cat owner, I've tried regular foods like Friskies, regular Purina, and Fancy Feast. When I noticed problems I took him to the vet and spoke to my aunt (also a vet). In conversation with them, both emphasized the importance of nutrition in prevention. They said the biggest mistake people make with young cats is ignoring the problem, which can worsen over time and lead to higher medical bills. It's like people ignore a medical problem and it builds up over time. Because he got off to a rocky start, that caused him problems. I tried prescription wet cat food but he didn't like the taste. Also, it was more expensive so I was confused, especially since he loves to eat. I spoke to my aunt again and she recommended that I try it. She also suggested trying each of the flavors to see what she liked best. Turkey giblets gone! Chicken and beef followed in second place. I wanted to wait before leaving a review and it's been almost half a year. His problems are under control and not only is he happier, so am I! I also like that this article can be used and saved as a subscription. This will save me some money (I'll take what I can get), but I'll also set him up to get him the right amount each month so I don't have to worry about picking up his food. Because he likes it better than prescription, it's cheaper and he's in excellent health, I gave him four stars. The reason for the loss of stars is that you can tell he doesn't like it as much as regular food and I also wish they had more flavors. I would like to change it more as there are two flavors it doesn't like and I want them to release new ones.
