On large/long prints I had some pretty serious layer shifts on the Ender 3's glass bed. I suspect the print head was colliding with the print and moving the glass. I fixed it on a metal plate and fixed the glass on top with the same clamps and there are no more problems with the layers. I suspect I'm getting better traction as well, but I haven't been following it that closely. The pillow is a little smaller than my bed, but that wasn't a problem. I centered the pad as best I could and placed a glass pad on top. It probably helps that I already have an automatic bed leveler with BLTouch. The pad came bent and had some creases, but that wasn't a problem once installed. Adhesion is very strong - I tried tearing off the glass pad to take a photo for this review but it didn't budge. This can actually be a problem if you want to change beds, but I never do.
