I hate these things. He took my Xiaomi scooter and made it feel rickety and cheap. Any shock absorption disappears when you use them, especially if you're a middleweight rider. You will feel every bump, bump and problem in the road. They don't look too bulky either. I've descended inclines in excess of 45 degrees, but it's hard to tell if the shaky feeling is due to the stiffness of the tires or if they really don't offer traction. In any case, they are very different from Intertube tires. Putting it on was a pain - I recommend tire shovels (the kind you put on motorcycle or car tires). I don't like that I spent money on something I thought would be on a scooter for the rest of its life, but now I have to give it up. I would not recommend these.
