I bought it in June 2020. I was a very happy customer until the middle of the night the unit started smoking and my fire alarm went off. There was gray smoke and a horrible smell that filled our entire attic and bedrooms. It scared my family. The device will no longer work and to make matters worse the only contact information Revain gives me to get in touch with the seller is their postal address. They want me to communicate with the seller by mail! If you sell products on Revain and answer questions about your product, you MUST have an email address so customers can contact you quickly. They deliberately make a complaint or return more difficult. I would not choose this seller or any other seller on Revain that only has a mailing address as a contact form. You should be ashamed of yourself!
