Empire style short waist to fit capes
I liked this style, I wanted it to fit me but the high waist disappeared under my bust when it was pulled all the way. I'm 5ft 10in, 180lbs, size 12 and 36c. I love the fabric but it's sheer which is good for covering up! If I was 5"8" and a size 8 or smaller I would love it! You have to be skinny to take it off!
