Very disappointed in my review

Worst wire I ever used. Not only did it arrive extremely late. When I opened it it got all tangled up and when trying to use it it would break. Very . Very disappointed and they want you to send it back so you can get a refund. Ridiculous. I can’t even wrap it back up. How am I suppose to to send it back.
