Review on Tracks Software by Matthew Goyette

The ability for us as an organization to be able to track everything within our business from employees all over the world is amazing! I have been using this software since it first came out in 2015 but there are still some things that aren't fully implemented yet so we will continue working closely with them until they do! Great customer service & support when you need help or clarification about how to best utilize this system! Nothing really at this point because if anything new comes along then great!! We are solving problems such as tracking sales people's hours spent away from home vs reporting back to management regarding overtime pay etc.
