Not so great. Constant blinking along with the monitor.

I've been using this for about 4 days with a 16 inch MacBook Pro and if it works it's great. But the problem is when it works I have 2 monitors connected via HDMI for both (using the included HDMI to DVI adapter). I have a 32 inch Dell curved display as my main display and the side display is an Acer 1080p monitor. The Acer monitor is flashing rapidly and I believe the only solution would be to either put the MacBook to sleep, which would work about half the time, or if not I would have to restart the entire computer. Sometimes it doesn't work even then. Switching the docking station on and off does not help either. This is very important because if this happens in the middle of my workflow, it's a huge inconvenience. This is the exact opposite of why I bought it in the first place. I'll contact support to see if there's a fix and I'll update this review when I do, but for now it looks like a waste to me and not worth forking a fork to me to install. I'd rather hook up 2 different cables than mess with it. UPDATE 4/2021: Contacted support about HDMI connection constantly blinking and was told that there is an update that can be made to the firmware. They gave me the option to download a software update (windows only) or they can send me a new dock with firmware. I was able to successfully update the docks firmware via Windows Bootcamp and after trying, the HDMI monitor no longer keeps flickering after resuming from sleep mode. Sometimes when waking up from sleep, it goes black for about a second, after which it returns to normal. I used it for about a week and now I've been driving for a month and I don't blink. so far so good and I have the convenience of using a single cable dock.
