Loud and dry. Desktop

I bought this warehouse used like new at half price. The fan speeds up too often and noisily. Just watch as the fans on the site gain momentum. In the end I took the block apart (very easy) and checked the thermal paste on the CPU, it was very dry. So I replaced it with a quality paste. Definitely a lot better, and tweaking the fan curve made it better. While it still accelerates under load, the time it remains overclockable is shorter.
