The seller sent the wrong product. Found what was right for me very quickly. The product is exactly as advertised. A minor note - I had to use a thin-walled head to attach the spacers to the existing grommets. A bump or square key will not fit at all. The standard bushing fits, but will expand slightly when tightened, making the bushing very tight. I've been talking about a gasket and a stuck bushing for too long. A lot of time was spent cursing my birthday. Eventually it worked itself out and I switched to a thin-walled outlet. Now everything works fine. In the end very satisfied.
