I first heard about this swing while interviewing girls in one of my online mom groups. My 2-1/2 and 4-1/2 year olds are constantly knocking over their chairs and stools, kicking the table when seated, poking me when I'm on my knees (and throwing me over). So I was looking for something that would give my kids the sensory feedback they crave and give them a safe place to practice balance and coordination. A mother suggested Swurfer. In short, we LOVE this swing. It grew very quickly on our dogwood tree. We didn't think we would have swings tall enough in our yard but they are perfect - we have the longest rope without cutting it and it's tall enough for my 4 year old to do acrobatic tricks and my 2nd child -year-olds to swing on your belly. We had a party with a group of under 12s last weekend and everyone took turns queuing. My husband is very jealous that he (and our tree) will not support his weight. If we had a bigger tree he would definitely buy a $140 timber tree meant for adults.
