It is synthetic, not wool felt as described
It didn't feel like wool at all so I did a little burn test and my suspicions were confirmed. The material does not burn cleanly like wool, gives off a chemical odor and turns into a hard plastic ball when burned. There may be "some" wool in it, but it's not all wool as the seller claims. The percentage of synthetics in this fabric is quite high.
