Some need repeated use to see improvement
The first thing to note is that you may not see any results for the first two uses. It also takes some getting used to when you first use a tongue scraper. It's also easier to clean than a real toothbrush, which is too tall to fit properly in that area. I've certainly seen improvements as long as I keep using it twice a day.
