Review on DORSAL by Chris Kaul

I was quite dissatisfied with DORSAL's customer service when I bought some water sports gear from them recently. I made several attempts to get in touch with their customer service, but I heard nothing back for days. Furthermore, the quality of the things I received was below that which I anticipated from an outdoor sports retailer. The things did not live up to their claims because of the low quality materials employed. The limited selection of products was another point of dissatisfaction for me. Despite their claims, they only carry a small assortment of outdoor and sports gear. In general, DORSAL is not an internet shop I can recommend with confidence. If you're in the market for sports and outdoor gear, you'll be disappointed by their lackluster customer service, shoddy goods, and slim pickings.
