So some of us need instructions and I had to find a review from a previous buyer on how to use them properly. When I realized they needed to be soaked in water for 8-10 minutes and then frozen, it was great. The first time they could not stand the long frost. Then when you get them out, let them sit for a few minutes or run them under water where they will become flexible enough to take the shape of the dog's neck. Needless to say, they worked flawlessly on a three-digit summer day. Yes, I would recommend at least two per dog for you to have a relapse.
