I read countless recent reviews before purchasing, despite being a longtime T-Fal owner, and was amused by how obvious it was that many of the complaints were simply due to the fact that they don't follow the instructions included in the package! Treat these pans with respect, they are simply wonderful! The pans make a better crispy salmon skin than my cast iron pans! Please take care of these pots just like the T-Fal people tell you to!
