It's good, tasty, the price is a bit high for the amount you get.
In general I like it, the chocolate flavor is much better than vanilla. There are no lumps when mixed, which is good. It smells good. I've been using it for about 6 months and I love it compared to most brands. The only problem with this is the price for the amount you get, but I recommend trying it out.

Protein metabolism in the body is continuous and can be significant, and restoring skeletal muscle destroyed during exercise is vital for athletes.
