This worked great on my 2000 Ram 1500. My transmission seemed to hold each gear longer than it should, especially 1st through 2nd and the OBDII engine light was on. (give me the speed sensor code). Changing this error fixed both the shift and check engine lights. It's very easy. About as hard as changing a spark plug outdoors. You will need a 1 inch wrench or an adjustable wrench that can open 1 inch. A NOTICE ! It turns into a liquid! I just held the sensor in my other hand, ready to step inside as fast as I could. Only lost about 1 cup. OR you could use this time to drain the liquid.
