I love these Waterpik Ultra pocket tips. I have a few dental bridges and crowns. The dentist says floss underneath, but no matter how many times I floss, it seems like I can't clean it. Not only does dental floss not clean well, but it usually irritates the gums and causes them to bleed. Last year I got my irrigator for Christmas and thought it was the greatest invention ever to clean my teeth and gums. replacement tips and saw these. I ordered them straight away and couldn't wait to receive them. When they arrived I couldn't wait to try them out that evening as I was brushing and flossing. Wow, I love these things. I brushed and flossed as usual and then tried one of these (you get two) pixies. The water is limited so you get a wonderful splash of water. I was amazed at how clean my teeth were. He was able to get under the bridges and really clean up any debris that the floss missed. I'll admit that my mouth bled, just like regular floss, when I first started using it, but after a few times the bleeding stopped. I think maybe I irritated the gums under the bridges with the old floss because since I've been using it there's no more pain. Love the fact that you get two in a pack. I gave one to my husband and kept the other for myself. The only thing I can recommend to improve them is if they come with some kind of tube or storage box. Overall they are great and I highly recommend them.
