Bought to look after our house when we are away as we live very rural, even a trip just to deliver groceries takes several hours. On several occasions we have noticed things on our porch getting shifted and sometimes I have lost supplies. That and also because it runs on iOS and Android (we share a house, my husband is a die-hard Android and I prefer my iPhone). I had no problems with this camera, it's small and compact but still gives me clear pictures. My husband likes the quiet because he can also check things when he needs to be away from my son and I. . You must subscribe to a cloud service or use an SD card to save images. Easy to use even if you are not tech savvy. I'm 39 and probably the least tech savvy person my age. I often find tech intimidating and hate updates and changes to the apps and things I use. I was able to do it without help, the instructions provided walked me through the entire setup. The only thing I will note is that I wish the cord was a bit longer for my use. But I was able to just get a longer micro USB cable to use with it. Depending on your needs, you might want to do something as well. I had no problems or needed customer support. I'm happy with night vision, but I use it during the day, mostly when I'm not at home, and since I'm usually at home at night, I don't worry about it at night anyway. Save the yellow tech support card in case you need it (I almost threw mine away, no matter what it was). their cattery or someone who needs a small camera to keep an eye on things while they're away. Comes well packaged in a square box that is easy to wrap. Comes with everything you need to use it!
