They are great while the lasted, then one side started coming in and out, like there was a short. A week and a half later they died.While they lasted.My teen son said the sound was clear and strong. They did well when traveling on road trips, in bags for overnight or school, etc. The port for plugging earphones into them so someone else can listen works well, with no variation in sound.
