The main benefit of this tool has been to have some help from an internal support team during development process as it’s very convenient when you need assistance immediately while working remotely via chat function available through desktop version too! Support tickets feature could be improved so that each ticket would include links directly attached into our project codebase instead redirecting users back to home page after creating new one; there is no search functionality which should solve easily by enabling keyword filter option at least once per month ; also we didn't like ability to create multiple teams/projects but now I think this will make work easier since everyone's tasks will group them self according your role (e.g customer relationship manager)! At present time nothing much dislikeable! For most business problems visual representation helps better understanding compared to reading plain text descriptions.
I like that it's easy to create tickets from mobile apps such as WhatsApp so we don't have issues when our users aren’t online at their desks (or even if some of them only use computers). It also allows us easily track bugs created by external parties who will not be receiving any notifications otherwise! Nothing really bad but maybe add an option allowing you change your password? That would make things much better since most people forget passwords quite often :p.
