Futuramo Visual Tickets is a cloud-based app for bug reporting, issue tracking, and feedback sharing. Teams and collaborators can annotate over uploaded files or screenshots and ask for changes in projects they are developing. With the Futuramo Visual Tickets bug tracking is more about explaining the issue with detailed comments on images than describing the problem in long forms.

Great for bug tracking and trouble shoots

The main benefit of this tool has been to have some help from an internal support team during development process as it’s very convenient when you need assistance immediately while working remotely via chat function available through desktop version too! Support tickets feature could be improved so that each ticket would include links directly attached into our project codebase instead redirecting users back to home page after creating new one; there is no search functionality which should…

Excellent system for tracking support requests with excellent customer service

It's very user friendly! I really like how it works well within our team structure to keep track of what we need fixed/what needs added etc so that everyone knows exactly which issues have been raised by whom when (and who has responded). The UX could be improved but this would require an additional cost from us as opposed to just allowing them access if you do not want any extra costs at all?
