These necklaces were a waste of money. The photo shows that the chains have a matte finish. They appear to be either stainless steel or nickel. They do not have the shine or feel of sterling silver despite being advertised as such. These necklaces are also not particularly comfortable to hold in the hand. I ordered here because they were the length I wanted and wish I never had. What a disappointment! For comparison, the photos show a chain from another company. This is the only thing I have left of the bulk pack purchased from the link below. I ordered it in January 2018. Despite the fact that it is now 2019, this necklace has retained a premium appearance.
