If like me you're frustrated that you don't have a water or oil temp sensor installed in your car then this is a simple economical solution. I use this in my M235i to know when my engine has reached proper operating temperature, which works pretty well. It shows the temperature of the water and the oil, which is what I need. I can't confirm how accurate they are, but they seem to match what my torque app showed. Some important things I like. It was easy to install with OBDII to USB-C connector. Easily configurable to show oil and water temperature. You can rotate the display 180 degrees for easy mounting on your dashboard or upside down on your windshield. It also turns off automatically when the car is turned off, so shouldn't cause the battery drain issues I've heard about with other options. What I don't like is that it's quite big. It would be better if they made it more compact. I can't figure out how to view boost pressure or intake temp, what I could do in the Torque app. The tape is good enough to stick to the windshield but not good enough to stick to the bottom of the notch. Overall this is the most cost effective solution I have found for monitoring engine temperatures on my M235i. Although it could be better, it does what I needed so I keep it to myself.
