Yes, the speedometer can be displayed in the center of the screen!

I bought this unit as a digital speedometer for my 2011 F150 5.0. I like this thing because it gives me real-time data straight from the system computer. It also works as a scanning tool. Although I don't currently have any codes on the car, I appreciate the added feature. The sensor does not lag and responds well to changes in speed. Throttle response is also very good. Easy to use but inaccurate. USELESS "toy "

Designed to display information about the Mini Cooper which has VERY little data on the dashboard. I wanted to see: water temp - oil pressure - intake air temp. It had over 90 OTHER items to display but I didn't need them. My display showed five (5) data points. 1 - IAT - Intake Air Temperature - this is generally correct - +/- about 5 degrees from ambient, under the hood, hot day etc. 2 - COOLANT (water temp) was FIFTY! degrees Fahrenheit is wrong. Good option for my BMW M235i

If like me you're frustrated that you don't have a water or oil temp sensor installed in your car then this is a simple economical solution. I use this in my M235i to know when my engine has reached proper operating temperature, which works pretty well. It shows the temperature of the water and the oil, which is what I need. I can't confirm how accurate they are, but they seem to match what my torque app showed. Some important things I like. It was easy to install with OBDII to USB-C connector.
