So I'm not sure what happened to the one star reviews. I use this for our garage fridge as I've always worried about storing perishable food in there. The thing does exactly what it promises. It took me less than 10 minutes to get it working. The box came with all sorts of mounting hardware, but it's magnetic so it was very easy to attach it directly to the side of the fridge. The field includes both the website and the main support contact number, as well as the line manager's direct email address and contact information. I tested the alert feature I set up for text messaging and received a notification within minutes. You can also view the real-time temperature (shown as a graph) either through the website or through the app. By viewing it as a chart, you can see the highs, lows and how the fridge/freezer is working. I've tried it in both the freezer and the fridge with no problems. WiFi connection instructions are also included in the box and are typical of other IoT devices I have purchased. In general, I am satisfied with the purchase and operation of the device.
